Specializing in architectural design, Concept Peak is able to provide a wide range of services that include basic consulting to full project design. Design services include schematic floor plan and spatial planning layout, energy strategies for passive heating and cooling, material selection, interior finishes, furniture selection and lighting fixture selection.
We provide free initial design consultation meetings for new clients. Conceptual design services include sketches, 3D massing models to more sophisticated and detailed work that includes rendered 3D model of design including materials of exterior and interior.
Design development drawings for construction pricing, and permit include floor plans + elevations + sections + and details.
